Most training sessions are 60 minutes and during this session I will cover the navigation of the APP and the basics of how to use each of the modules as it applies to your site.
During the session I will be covering how to add users and can set up an Admin at that time if it has not been done already. The Admin will have the ability to add/delete users as needed. If you would like to log in and preview the site before training and don’t have a user profile set up, then please respond to this email and I will ensure that you are entered into the system. If you have already been entered into the system, your username is your email address, if you don’t recall your password, please utilize the forgot password functionality to reset it on demand.
To access the Turntide UI via the web:
Navigate to https://app.turntide.com with any web browser.
To access the Turntide via the App:
I will also demonstrate how to use the Turntide App. For anyone who will be wanting access via their mobile device, first after setting your password via the web interface, you may download & log in via our mobile app. The Turntide app is available on the Google play & Apple app stores, just search for Turntide.
Note there is also a Turntide Technician app (shows a toolbox icon). This is for interface with Turntide Smart Motor Systems and does not access automation sites within Turntide for Buildings.
