Bama Theatre
A performing arts center since 1976, this historic, 1,000 seat theatre is the backdrop for concerts, dance and theatrical productions, film screenings, corporate meetings, and community/school sponsored events. The venue is available to rent by individuals and groups based in and outside of Tuscaloosa County. Its fine acoustics contribute to its draw to all of the performing arts. Opened in 1938, the Bama continues to delight audiences young and old with its “atmospheric” style Mediterranean interior and twinkling stars.
