Q1. Where can I find my tickets?
A1. Your tickets will be located in your email confirmation if e-ticket delivery method is selected. They will be in a PDF format at the bottom of your order confirmation. You can download the tickets or print them to be scanned at the door the night of the event.
Q2. Is there going to be free parking?
A2. Yes, there is free parking around the venue M-F after 5pm and weekends anytime. A parking deck is located a block from The Historic Bama Theatre at 618 21st Avenue, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
Q3. What is the bag policy?
A3. While there is no clear bag policy in effect at this time, all bags must be smaller than 16" x 16" x 8".
Q4. Can I bring in outside food and drink?
A4. Outside food and drink is prohibited in the Bama Theatre. However, we do sell soft drinks, popcorn, candy, and occasionally alcohol at our Bama Bar.
Q5. How do I purchase tickets?
A5. Tickets can be purchased here. It will show all our upcoming events and more!
Q6. Do you accept cash payments?
A6. Yes, at the Box Office M-F during daily operating hours or when doors open for an event. Convenience fees are waived when paying with cash.
Q7. What time is the Box Office open?
A7. Monday–Friday from 9am to 5pm, and one hour prior to all event start times.
