DWCAC Venue FAQs
Parking
- Parking is available at the front and side of the building on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A free intermodal parking facility is located on 7th Street, just one block away.
Accessibility
- The venue is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp located at the 7th Street entrance.
Decor Policies
- Candles are allowed, but LED candles are preferred.
- Live-flame candles must be placed inside a container that leaves at least one inch between the top of the flame and the container’s rim.
- Not permitted: helium balloons, scotch tape, glitter, confetti, rice, seeds, or anything that could damage the venue.
Linens
- Available for an additional fee from the DWCAC.
Bar Service
- All bar service must be provided by Casual Class Bar Services.
Catering
- The DWCAC does not provide catering, but offers an extensive list of approved caterers.
- All caterers must be licensed, have a food permit, and carry insurance.
- Outside vendors (photographers, DJs, florists, etc.) are welcome.
Capacity
- Maximum capacity: 200 guests.

- Uplighting
- Cleaning and security staff (provided by DWCAC)

Rental Period & Timing
- Set‑up and break‑down time are included in the rental period.
- Earliest arrival time: 8:00 AM
- Latest departure time: 12:00 AM (midnight)
Payment & Deposits
- 50% of the total rental fee is due to reserve your date.
- Remaining 50% is due 30 days before the event.
- Accepted payments: cash, card, check, money order.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
