Blissful Boards: Charcuterie Board Class

We are Lauren Shoemaker and Carrie Bromley, owners of Sweet Olive Eats Catering Company. Our passion is delivering an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Charcuterie has been an integral part of our business since partnering in 2022. We have curated hundreds of charcuterie spreads for groups of 10 up to 1200 people. We love being able to share our love of charcuterie with others. Our class will teach the basics of proper placement, flavor pairings, and design. We will provide participants with the necessary skills to give you the ability to showcase a beautiful charcuterie board to share with your friends and family. Sponsored by The Arts Council of Tuscaloosa, this workshop will cost $50 including all supplies and access to a cash bar. Add a take home board for just $10!
